It was fun while it lasted, but The Pinnacle's undefeated season came to an end after five games on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bennett Tigers, falling 61-36. The game marked the Timberwolves' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Despite the defeat, The Pinnacle saw an underclassman step up: freshman Mario Munoz went 7 for 12 on his way to 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Angel Lazo, who posted six points and three steals.

Having lost for the first time this season, The Pinnacle fell to 5-1. As for Bennett, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.
