Bell extends home losing streak to six

Recap: Bell Bulldogs vs. Hernando Leopards

This season hasn't been kind to the Bell Bulldogs, who are still winless after their sixth match. They were beaten by Hernando 62-18 on Saturday.

Hernando had a senior duo take command as Leandre Wright scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and six steals and Josiah Wright scored 16 points along with four steals. The match was Wright 's third in a row with at least ten points. Jesse Stewart was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with three blocks.

Bell bumped their record down to 0-6 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight at home. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 20.5 points per game. As for Hernando, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bell will stay at home for another game and welcome Dixie County at 8:00 p.m. on December 15th. Hernando will take on Crystal River at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
