Soccer Recap: East Chapel Hill Takes a Loss

East Chapel Hill was the 2-0 winner over Carrboro when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The East Chapel Hill Wildcats fell just short of the Carrboro Jaguars by a score of 2-1 on Monday. The loss was the Wildcats' first of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Hazel Kaplan, which was the first she's scored this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, East Chapel Hill fell to 2-1. As for Carrboro, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, East Chapel Hill will be playing in front of their home fans against Leesville Road at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Carrboro, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Carrboro face off against Orange at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
