Recap: New Buffalo Bison vs. Michigan Lutheran Titans
The New Buffalo Bison lost against the Michigan Lutheran Titans back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. New Buffalo suffered a rough 73-48 defeat at the hands of Michigan Lutheran. New Buffalo has not had much luck with Michigan Lutheran recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Andres Becerra and Lucas Forker certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Becerra scored 21 points along with 5 rebounds, while Forker scored 8 points along with 12 rebounds. Becerra scored a full 43.8% of New Buffalo's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
New Buffalo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Michigan Lutheran, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
New Buffalo will head out on the road to face off against Marcellus at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Michigan Lutheran is on the road again on Friday and play against Great Plains Lutheran at 2:30 p.m. on December 8th.
