Basketball Recap: Arcadia Picks Up Ninth Consecutive Victory

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Arcadia). They claimed a resounding 65-26 win over the Gibsland-Coleman Bulldogs. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 21 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Arcadia's ninth in a row) raised their record to 9-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.2 points per game. As for Gibsland-Coleman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.
