Baseball Recap: Camarillo Scorpions vs. Moorpark Musketeers
Camarillo proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by six) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Moorpark Musketeers, sneaking past 5-3. The Scorpions haven't had any issues with the Musketeers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Braden Huber tossed a big game, tossing 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. Camarillo is 2-1 when Huber allowsone or fewer earned runs, but 3-8 otherwise.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Grant Tsuji, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was Brayden Smith, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Camarillo's record now sits at 5-9. As for Moorpark, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
