Baseball Recap: Letchworth Legends vs. Warsaw Tigers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pavilion, Letchworth was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Warsaw Tigers get on the board and left with a 22-0 victory. The Legends have beaten the Tigers the last eight times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Tigers has come to flipping the script.

Brody Whalen was incredible, getting on base in all six of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and three RBI. Those four runs gave him a new career-high. Justin Mann was another key player, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Letchworth's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Warsaw, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
Looking ahead, Letchworth will take on Mount Morris at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Blue Devils have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.25 runs per game on average), something the Legends will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Warsaw, they will venture away from home to take on Pavilion at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
