Basketball Recap: Campbell County Comes Up Short

Campbell County came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by the Lenoir City Panthers and fell 47-18. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered since January 31st.

Campbell County's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Campbell County will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Scott at 6:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Lenoir City, they will welcome Soddy Daisy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
