Softball Recap: Rock Falls Rockets vs. Winnebago Indians
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Rock Falls had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They walked away with a 7-2 victory over the Winnebago Indians. Winning may never get old, but the Rockets sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Zoey Silva made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 17 over seven innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-5 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
In other batting news, Madisyn Eikeberry was excellent, going 2-for-5 with two RBI and one run.
Rock Falls' record now sits at 13-19. As for Winnebago, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-11.
