Herndon had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Chantilly Chargers on Thursday. The win was familiar territory for the Hornets, who have now won five matchups in a row.

Herndon's victory bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Chantilly, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18 record this season.

Herndon will take on Yorktown at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Chantilly does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
