Native American Community Academy skates past Santa Fe Prep with ease

In what's become a running theme this season, the Native American Community Academy Eagles gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Santa Fe Prep 61-28 on the road. That 33 points margin sets a new team best for Native American Community Academy this season.

Leading Native American Community Academy to victory were Makeda Casiquito and Raine Edaakie. Casiquito scored 14 points, while Edaakie scored 22 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Edaakie has scored all season.

Native American Community Academy now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Santa Fe Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Native American Community Academy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Coronado at 5:00 p.m. on January 16th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New Mexico (Coronado is ranked 119th, while Native American Community Academy is ranked 108th). As for Santa Fe Prep, they will head out on the road to challenge Monte Del Sol Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Monte Del Sol Charter comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
