Basketball Recap: Niles North Piles Up the Points Against Phillips

Niles North won the last time they faced Phillips and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Vikings breezed past the Wildcats to the tune of 65-30. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Phillips' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Denari Stewart, who posted nine points, and Sharvez Scott, who put up eight points.

Niles North now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Phillips, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Niles North will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Northtown at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Phillips, they will take on Christian Fenger Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
