After failing to score in their last matchup, First Coast made sure to put some goals up on the board against Westside on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Wolverines with a sharp 4-0 win. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for First Coast's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Westside with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gabrielle Elliott (2), Tatiana Parks, and Alexis Maldonaldo.

The victory got First Coast back to even at 2-2. As for Westside, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-2.

First Coast didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Paxon School For Advanced Studies on the 24th. As for Westside, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sandalwood at 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd.
