Basketball Recap: Lely Find Success

Lely is still undefeated this season after their game against Everglades City on Tuesday, but Everglades City came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Trojans came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 69-68 W against the Gators. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lely's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Everglades City, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

Coincidentally, Lely and Everglades City will both be playing Immokalee the next time they take the court. The Gators will host the Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Trojans will host them at 7:00 p.m. on December 3.
