It was a good run, but Winnisquam unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Gilford Golden Eagles by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Winnisquam's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Gilford, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.
