The Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Senators at 5:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Kimberly is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Marsh Valley just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 11-4 to the Eagles. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered against the Eagles since March 18, 2023.

Kimberly saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colton Sabin, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Gooding and Filer, and Filer kept the tradition alive. The Senators came up short against the Wildcats on Wednesday, falling 11-1. That's two games in a row now that the Senators have lost by exactly ten runs.

Gooding has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season. As for Kimberly, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.
