Volleyball Recap: Shawnee Mission North Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Olathe Northwest, Shawnee Mission North was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Lincoln Leopards by a score of 2-0.

The victory didn't come easy: Lincoln scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-18.

Shawnee Mission North's win bumped their record up to 6-8-2. As for Lincoln, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.

Shawnee Mission North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 0-0 tie against Blue Valley on the 4th. As for Lincoln, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Thunder Ridge on the 4th.
