Volleyball Recap: Deerfield Comes Up Short

Deerfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Moscow Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-12.

Deerfield's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Moscow, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-10-2 record this season.

Deerfield has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Satanta on the 4th. As for Moscow, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] on the 4th.
