Volleyball Recap: Marcellus Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Marcellus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the White Pigeon Chiefs, falling 3-0. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Chiefs when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-16, 25-4.

Marcellus' defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for White Pigeon, they picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 5-7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. After both having extra time off, Marcellus and Centreville will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for White Pigeon, they will head out to challenge Climax-Scotts at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
