Baseball Preview: Schuylerville Horses vs. Scotia-Glenville Tartans

Schuylerville is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Monday. They will welcome the Scotia-Glenville Tartans at 4:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Schuylerville made easy work of Corinth and carried off an 11-2 win. The Horses haven't had any issues with the Riverhawks recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Alex Palmer was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. Palmer was also big at the plate, scoring two runs.
