Softball Recap: Rittman Indians vs. Coventry Comets
Rittman lost against Coventry back in May of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rittman Indians fell 6-1 to the Coventry Comets. Rittman has not had much luck with Coventry recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Rittman saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Olivia Csirmaz, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
Rittman's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Coventry, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
Rittman is on the road again on Tuesday to play Norwayne at 5:00 p.m. As for Coventry, they will be playing at home against Streetsboro at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
