Basketball Recap: Jamahl Willis Key Part of a Team Effort in Eagles Win

Crawford County hadn't done well against Schley County recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Crawford County Eagles came out on top against the Schley County Wildcats by a score of 56-44. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 76-59 win the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2021.

Crawford County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jamahl Willis led the charge by almost dropping a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Walton, who posted ten points and four steals.
