After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fairview, Sycamore was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Cheatham County Central Cubs 4-3. The War Eagles haven't had any issues with the Cubs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
The team relied heavily on Faithlynn Harley, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one double.
Sycamore's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Cheatham County Central, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
