Baseball Recap: Earlham Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Van Meter, Earlham was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 9-4 victory over the Griswold Tigers. The Cardinals' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Earlham's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Griswold, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Earlham will face off against Madrid at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Griswold, they will square off against Bedford at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
