Silver Lake is 3-0 against Ottawa since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Silver Lake Eagles will be playing at home against the Ottawa Cyclones. Silver Lake knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Ottawa likes a good challenge.

Last Tuesday, Silver Lake humbled Jefferson West with a 61-31 victory. With the Eagles ahead 42-18 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ottawa). They walked away with a 77-65 win over Paola on Friday. Given the Cyclones' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 96th, while the Panthers are ranked 284th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Silver Lake's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.6 points. As for Ottawa, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Silver Lake strolled past Ottawa in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a score of 64-46. Will Silver Lake repeat their success, or does Ottawa have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
