Volleyball Recap: Jackson Day Has No Trouble Against NCSSM: Morganton

Jackson Day won the last time they faced NCSSM: Morganton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mariners were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Dragons. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mariners.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-16, 26-24.

Jackson Day's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for NCSSM: Morganton, they moved to 5-6 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.
