Softball Recap: Wagner Takes a Loss

Wagner lost to Bon Homme back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Red Raiders fell 6-2 to the Cavaliers. The Red Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kymani Gullikson made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Wagner's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Bon Homme, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Wagner will head out to square off against Sioux Falls Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bon Homme, they will challenge Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy on Monday. Bon Homme will need to watch out since Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy has now posted at least ten runs in their last four matchups.
