Volleyball Recap: Emery Takes a Loss

Emery was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the South Sevier Rams, falling 3-0. The Spartans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rams earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Emery's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for South Sevier, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Coincidentally, Emery and South Sevier will both be playing Morgan the next time they take the court. The Rams will head out to face the Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Spartans will head out to face them at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
