Volleyball Recap: Ledyard Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The Ledyard Colonels didn't have quite enough to beat the Foran Lions on Tuesday and fell 3-2. While the Colonels didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Lions 25-11 in the first set.

Ledyard started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 11-25, 24-26, 25-12, 25-20, 15-10.

Ledyard's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Foran, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Ledyard will face off against Waterford at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Foran, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Branford on the 15th.
