Volleyball Recap: The Gregory School Has No Trouble Against Palo Verde + How To Watch

The Gregory School not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 12th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Palo Verde Titans as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

One reason for the win was The Gregory School's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-15, 25-6.

Emerson Myers paced The Gregory School's offense, picking up 19 kills. Myers got some help from Lauren Horowitz and her 18 assists. Horowitz was also solid from the service line: she led the team with ten aces.

The victory got The Gregory School back to even at 9-9. As for Palo Verde, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. The Gregory School will head out to challenge Valley Union at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Palo Verde, they will venture away from home to square off against Catalina at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
