Basketball Recap: Miller County Takes a Loss

Miller County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Mitchell County Eagles, falling 66-43. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-52 back in January.

Miller County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Mitchell County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season.

Miller County won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Pataula Charter Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mitchell County, they will also get right back to it: they'll face off against Randolph-Clay at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
