Basketball Recap: Norcross Victorious

The Norcross Blue Devils earned a 63-54 victory over the Carrollton Trojans on Friday.

Norcross' win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Carrollton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Norcross will head out on the road to face off against Peachtree Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lions have been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Carrollton, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Collins Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Trojans will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 56.83 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
