Volleyball Recap: Cookeville Snags Seventh Victory in Last Nine Games

Cookeville's tournament run continued when they took on Friendship Christian on Saturday. The Cavaliers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Commanders.

Cookeville is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. As for Friendship Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-6.

Coincidentally, Cookeville and Friendship Christian will both be playing Oakland the next time they take the court. The Cavaliers will head out to face the Patriots at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Commanders will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
