Soccer Recap: Rancho Dominguez Starts Season with Victory Against Westchester

Rancho Dominguez had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. Their defense stepped up to hand the Westchester Comets a 2-0 shutout.

Santiago Aguilar and Oliver Gudino scored both of Rancho Dominguez's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Coming up, Rancho Dominguez will head out on the road to challenge George Washington Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Westchester, they will welcome Westbrook at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
