With a playoff win on the line, Cleveland rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They walked away with a 46-39 victory over the Venice Gondoliers. For the Cavaliers, this counts as revenge for the 34-28 win the Gondoliers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2021.

Cleveland's victory bumped their record up to 9-17. As for Venice, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 11 matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-23 record this season.

Looking ahead, Cleveland will challenge George Washington Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. George Washington Prep will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Cleveland surely won't give up without a fight. Venice does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
