Basketball Game Preview: Lake Mead Christian Academy Eagles vs. Needles Mustangs

Lake Mead Christian Academy will head into Tuesday's match out to bounce back: they won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They lost 71-47 to GV Christian.

Meanwhile, Needles put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Laughlin 78-35. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 22 points or more this season.

Lake Mead Christian Academy better keep an eye on Luke Mills. He was instrumental in Needles' win, going 6 of 10 on his way to 16 points in addition to six assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Goulet, who went 5 for 8 on his way to 12 points in addition to five assists and four steals.

Needles' victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-0. As for Lake Mead Christian Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
