Seguin had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Bowie Volunteers by a score of 54-41. For the Cougars, this counts as revenge for the 57-47 win the Volunteers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2024.

Seguin's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Bowie, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Seguin will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Arlington at 7:30 p.m. on December 5. As for Bowie, they will square off against Highland Park at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Volunteers will be up against the Scots' rather soft defense (which has allowed 63.5 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
