Basketball Game Preview: West Carroll Thunder vs. Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders

West Carroll is 2-8 against Ashton-Franklin Center since December of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Thunder will face off against the Raiders at 6:30 p.m. Ashton-Franklin Center took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on West Carroll, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, West Carroll earned a 51-41 victory over Milledgeville. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Thunder.

Meanwhile, Ashton-Franklin Center played a tough matchup on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Hiawatha, falling 61-24. The Raiders were down 49-20 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

West Carroll will need to focus on slowing down Otto Horner, one of several Ashton-Franklin Center players who made an impact when they last played. He posted nine points and five rebounds.
