Volleyball Recap: Rawlins Comes Up Short

Rawlins was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Newcastle Dogies. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Dogies this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in October.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-17, 25-15.

Rawlins' loss dropped their record down to 2-25. As for Newcastle, they pushed their record up to 14-17 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Rawlins does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Newcastle, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Wheatland on the 1st.
