Kenard Heyward Game Report: vs Waccamaw

Congratulations to Kenard Heyward, who put up his first points on Tuesday. He shot 57% from the field to rack up 28 points along with five assists and three steals as Carvers Bay took down Waccamaw 76-64. We hope Heyward's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Coming up, Heyward and Carvers Bay are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Georgetown at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bears closed last season having dominated on the road and they will enter the contest having won seven straight away games dating back to last season.
