Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bloomington South walked away with it. They had just enough and edged out the Terre Haute North Vigo Patriots 3-2 on Thursday. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Everly Clark paced Bloomington South's offense, picking up 12 kills. Clark got some help from Charlie Monroe and her 30 assists.

Terre Haute North Vigo's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Kenzie Zigler, who had 13 digs, and Megan Mascari, who had seven digs.

Bloomington South's win bumped their record up to 26-6. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-13.

Bloomington South has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Terre Haute South Vigo on the 18th. Terre Haute North Vigo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
