There's no place like home for Taft, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Granada Hills Charter Highlanders on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Toreadors: when they faced off against the Highlanders back in September, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Taft is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 33-12 record this season. As for Granada Hills Charter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 21-16.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Taft is set to take on their familiar foe El Camino Real at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Granada Hills Charter will face off against rival Birmingham at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
