After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Scholars Guild Academy, Creekside Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Young Americans Christian Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Creekside Christian Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-21, 26-24.

Creekside Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-16. As for Young Americans Christian, they dropped their record down to 6-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Young Americans Christian will host Salem at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Creekside Christian Academy will be paying especially close attention to the Eagles' contest: after the Eagles face off against the Seminoles, they'll take on Creekside Christian Academy again at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
