The victory got Grove City Christian back to even at 6-6. As for Wellington School, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Wellington School was taken down by Grove City Christian 68-37 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Wellington School was down 50-17.
