West Caldwell put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Newton-Conover Red Devils with a sharp 17-2 victory. Considering the Warriors have won seven games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Courtney Hartley made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Hartley was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Daylann Patterson, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more hits the last three times she's played. Abby Bowman was another key player, scoring three runs while going 3-for-3.

West Caldwell kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 18 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in seven consecutive contests.

West Caldwell pushed their record up to 12-0 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
