South Fremont comes up short despite Skyler Forbush's dominant performance

Recap: South Fremont Cougars vs. Marsh Valley Eagles
The South Fremont Cougars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 75-43 defeat at the hands of Marsh Valley. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for South Fremont in their matchups with Marsh Valley: they've now lost eight in a row.
Despite the loss, South Fremont still got an impressive performance from Skyler Forbush, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyce Poulsen, who scored nine points.
South Fremont has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Marsh Valley, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Fremont will take on Teton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Marsh Valley, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on American Falls at 7:30 p.m. on January 25th.
