Baseball Recap: Lordstown Comes Up Short

Lordstown fell victim to Bristol and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 11-0. The Red Devils haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Lordstown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Bristol, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Coincidentally, Lordstown and Bristol will both be playing Maplewood the next time they take the field. The Red Devils will host the Rockets at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Panthers will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
