Baseball Recap: Western Heights Comes Up Short

Western Heights lost to Northwest Classen back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jets fell just short of the Knights by a score of 6-5.

Player #20 was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Western Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Northwest Classen, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-8.

Western Heights didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-0 loss against Weatherford on the 30th. As for Northwest Classen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 4-2 victory against Capitol Hill on the 27th.
