Basketball Recap: Hope Academy Takes a Loss

Hope Academy kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 60-51 to the Spectrum Sting. The defeat continues a trend for Hope Academy in their meetings with Spectrum: they've now lost three in a row.

Hope Academy and Spectrum will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Hope Academy will take on rival Hmong Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Spectrum is set to challenge their familiar foe Melrose at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
