Two dominant signal callers in Elijah Edon and Jarrett Helman are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Eastern Hancock Royals will face off against the Shenandoah Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Shenandoah will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Eastern Hancock extended their winning streak to three on Friday. The Royals breezed past Milan to the tune of 40-7. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Royals just coasted through the last quarter.

Eastern Hancock relied on the efforts of Luke Manship, who picked up 90 receiving yards and three TDs, and Mark Kube, who rushed for 157 yards while picking up 9.8 yards per carry. That's the most receiving yards Manship has posted since back in October of 2024.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shenandoah). They walked away with a 50-43 victory over Northeastern on Friday.
Eastern Hancock better keep an eye on Cash Cowley. He was instrumental in Shenandoah's win, rushing for 173 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Cowley is now averaging an impressive 108.9 rushing yards per game. Karter Gray was in the mix too, providing Shenandoah with two touchdowns.
Shenandoah was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 335 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 195 rushing yards in three consecutive contests.
Shenandoah didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Garrett May and Helman. Helman also passed for four passing touchdowns, which is notable because Shenandoah is undefeated when he posts at least three passing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
Eastern Hancock now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Shenandoah, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.
Everything came up roses for Eastern Hancock against Shenandoah when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 41-7 victory. In that matchup, the Royals amassed a halftime lead of 20-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
